Lindsey Rechtin, CPA
Lindsey Rechtin is the President/CEO at the Northern Kentucky Water District (NKWD). She began her career at NKWD as Finance Manager in 2013. From 2016 to 2022, she served as Vice President of Finance and Support Services where she oversaw the financial and customer support services of NKWD and its annual budget of more than $60 million. As President/CEO, Lindsey’s responsibilities include overseeing all the managerial and operational functions of NKWD and leading and managing NKWD in the accomplishment of reaching the vision, fulfilling the mission, and accomplishing the key goals established in cooperation with the Board of Commissioners. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Eastern Kentucky University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Kentucky. Lindsey is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves as a board member of the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies and the Water Research Foundation. |
Stacey Kampsen, CPA
Stacey Kampsen is Vice President of Finance & Support Services at the Northern Kentucky Water District. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Kentucky University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Kentucky. As Vice President of Finance & Support Services, her responsibilities include financial reporting, administration of grant and loan applications and funding and oversight of the District’s annual budget of more than $60 million dollars. Stacey has experience managing multiple Kentucky Infrastructure Authority loan agreements and reporting. She also has managed grant agreements and reporting for FEMA, Rural Development and KY Office of Homeland Security grants.
Stacey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, and has been with the Northern Kentucky Water District since 2017.
Johnathan Moor, P.E.
Johnathan Moor is Vice President of Engineering, Production, & Water Quality at the Northern Kentucky Water District. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Kentucky. The group he manages is responsible for engineering services, water treatment, laboratory services, and treatment-related facility management.
Johnathan is a member of the Northern Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers and the American Water Works Association and has been with the Northern Kentucky Water District since 2016.
Tom Edge, Esq.
Tom is General Counsel & Director of Compliance, Communications, and Regulatory Affairs at the Northern Kentucky Water District. Tom has Associates Degree in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from American Military University, a Master’s in Business Administration from American Public University and a Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
As General Counsel, Tom provides legal counsel and guidance to the Board and Management Team of the District on all legal matters relevant to large public institutions including employee law, real estate, contracts, tax, insurance, public monies and purchasing.
Tom is admitted to practice law in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana and various federal courts. Tom is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and Northern Kentucky Bar Association. Tom has been with the Northern Kentucky Water District since January 2021.
Chris Bryant
Chris Bryant is the Director of Technology, Innovation, and Business Intelligence at the Northern Kentucky Water District. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Northwood University in the State of Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Thomas More University in Kentucky. The group he manages is responsible for Information Technology and Operational Technology at Northern Kentucky Water District.
Chris is a member of Infragard and serves on its Chief Information Security Officer Cross-Sector Council. He is a member of the WaterISAC and serves on its Cybersecurity Panel. Chris is a member of the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Industrial Control Systems Joint Working Group, the American Water Works Association, and the Honorable order of Kentucky Colonels. Chris serves on the Northern Kentucky Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors and has been with the Northern Kentucky Water District since 1999.
